We’ve equipped the room with power strips and surge protectors so you can top off your laptop or phone battery anytime throughout the conference.
While university catering guidelines mean we couldn't stock snacks directly inside the room this year, refueling is still incredibly easy! A full spread of complimentary drinks and snacks is waiting for you just a few feet away in the Great Hall (right alongside our conference exhibitors). Feel free to grab a refreshment, head back to the quiet of the Board Room to prepare, and make yourself at home!
