As institutions of learning, one of the most important aspects of a school is where students and parents engage with the learning process through the relationship with the classroom teacher, making the quality of the classroom teacher critical to the success of the school.  This session reviews the key qualities of highly effective teachers, explores how we differentiate between novice and master teachers, and will engage participants in how schools can develop master teachers through mentorship and support.
