About me
Nick Marsing finished two bachelor’s degrees, one in Psychology and Sociology. He continued on to earn master’s degrees in both Psychology and Sociology as well. His PhD work is in Education and Leadership.
Professionally, Nick was a graduate teaching assistant and then was a school counselor and educator in both public and private schools for several years, then Snow College gave him another opportunity. He has now been teaching psychology for nearly 19 years. He is the department chair of the Behavioral Science Department at Snow College, Supervises the Behavioral Health Technician certification, and is the current President of the Rocky Mountain Psychological Association. But above all, he loves being in the classroom with the students, and helping them grow a believe in themselves and a passion for psychology.
If his education and career did not keep him busy enough, he has also owned several businesses such as; professional photography, a local soda shack, a firewood business, and currently operates a presentation and assembly company called “Heartsense” with his 16yr old daughter.
