About me
Jamie worked as a para-educator in special education for several years, where she realized that she loved working with students. Especially advocating for students in need. She went on to pursue a bachelors degree, special education and social services worker license. She went on to pursue her M.Ed. in Leadership and Administration, along with Curriculum and Instruction. Jamie has over 25 years of experience working in the education and social work field. Her focus being High Risk Students requiring Tier 2 and 3 services within MTSS framework. In addition to leadership capacity in the creation and implementation of Code of Conduct, SEL and PBIS programs and data collection within a small rural district. She likes to spend time with her five children and hubby. Traveling, camping, water skiing, riding horses and team roping.
