About me
Dale Cox is an Associate Professor and the Program Director of K-12 Educational Leadership at Utah Valley University. He received his doctorate in educational leadership from Lehigh University, his M.Ed. in educational administration from Arizona State University, and his B.A. in history and English from Brigham Young University. He worked for 25 years in public education in Mesa, Arizona, as a teacher and administrator, and was named outstanding principal and served as the President of the Mesa Association of School Administrators. He served as an international school administrator in China for 13 years serving as a principal, head of school, and as the Vice President (Asia-Pacific) for International School Services. He also served as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the Association of China and Mongolia International Schools. His research and training emphases have been teacher recruitment, school leadership, resilience, and learning innovation.
