While a doctoral candidate in Education (EdD) specializing in Educational Leadership and Police at the University of Utah, I am working as a Regional Accreditation Evaluator for Cognia where I conducted comprehensive evaluations of educational institutions, ensuring adherence to accreditation standards, collaborating with school leaders on improvement plans, and providing detailed analytical reports to support accreditation decisions. Prior to this role, I completed a Masters Degree (MA) in Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Utah and served for six years as the Director of Campus Ministry and Service Coordinator at Judge Memorial High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this capacity, I led campus ministry programs, planned and facilitated faculty retreats, coordinated community service initiatives, and organized faith-based events, fostering spiritual growth and community engagement among students and staff.
